Brad Fletcher practices in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and general civil litigation defense . He is a member of the Kentucky bar association, providing key capabilities to our Lexington office.
Before joining FKP, he gained extensive litigation experience working throughout central and eastern Kentucky. Most recently, Brad served as a public defender earning a reputation for excellent trial and negotiation skills. Prior to that, Brad served as an Assistant County Attorney and civil practice associate. He prides himself on client communication and efficient, timely results.
Brad is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, College of Law. During law school he clerked for Kentucky Supreme Court Justice, Mary C. Noble in Lexington, KY.
Brad is a proud graduate and involved alumnus of Berea College. Like all Berea College students, Brad completed 4 years in the Work Study program beginning as a janitor and spending his last two years serving as a student tutor and mentor in the writing center. He received several recognitions for his student labor leadership and writing ability.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys reading and working on cars. His family enjoys raising chickens, rabbits, and a large variety of garden vegetables together.
