W. Bryan Hubbard joined Fogle Keller Purdy, PLLC as a partner in September 2014. He works within the field of insurance defense litigation, with a specific focus on workers’ compensation defense. Bryan has given seminars on Kentucky workers’ compensation law to clients throughout the Southeast United States, including Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas, and Texas.

He was recently appointed to serve as a Commissioner on the Kentucky Mine Safety Review Commission by current Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear. As a Commissioner, he will adjudicate cases which pertain to violations of Kentucky coal mine safety laws and regulations.

Bryan has served as an editorial columnist for the Lexington Herald-Leader, Kentucky’s second largest newspaper. He is a proud member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and is engaged in various community and civic activities throughout the Central Kentucky area.
