“I have never in my life envied a human being who led an easy life; I have envied a great many people who led difficult lives and led them well.” Theodore Roosevelt

For over a decade, Kamp has focused the majority of his practice on worker’s compensation defense.  He has been an active leader working in the business community and political arena. Kamp’s innovative leadership and foresight allowed his business to thrive in an economy where his competitors were closing doors.  His work in client development and attorney education have been integral to the growth of FKP.

A key aspect of his work involves strategic and proactive discussions to mitigate risk for corporate clientele and counsel.  As a business owner, Kamp understands the obstacles and opportunities that many small businesses face.  A competitor with acute business knowledge, he embraces every opportunity to help his clients achieve their goals through strategy, persistence and advanced planning.

As a managing member of FKP, Kamp takes an active roll in managing the daily business of the operation in addition to active involvement with the clients.  The deep integration of FKP within corporate employers and insurers allows Kamp the opportunity to interact with the client’s key contacts.  Thus, a highly integrated FKP team of attorneys, staff develops a working knowledge about each client’s unique needs and preferences.
